Today someone I’ve been fb friends with for a while because we have friends in the same circle died yesterday. In January I met her up close and personally when she became a Smartjustice cohort leader. Although we have only worked together for three months. I saw the woman she was, how much she has overcome. And I witnessed what an amazing mom she is to her son. Last night unexpectedly to all who knew and cared for her she died. I don’t know how or why. But I feel sad to say I should have taken out more time to get to really know her, but to be honest I felt I had all the time in the world. I laughed with her, worked with her, campaigned and advocated with her but I did not tell her how inspirational she was to me as a younger women. I guess I’m sad and disappointed I didn’t do better while there was still time. So maybe I can do better by telling you all who ever you are, what ever stage you are in your life’s you are All beautiful and worthy of love and light. May you all know that you are valuable human beings no matter what any of those who judge and chastise say!! Screw those who don’t see your worth!! Love yourself and most of all tell your loved ones how you feel now while the opportunity exists. Tomorrow is unpromised!
