If you look at my history and wonder why did this all have to happen?

Please don’t feel sorry for me.

There is purpose in everything-

I went to prison to be a witness not a victim.

God knew that Tracie Bernardi would go in there

Make friends with everyone and hear hundreds of women’s stories history and pain.

He knew I’d see the system in its entirety & Get outraged!

He knew I’d make a lot more mistakes inside but I needed them to grow.

But most of all –

He knew I’d examine the system with a fine tooth comb & come home and tell it all.

God knew I’d “Go, Tell It On The Mountain, Over the hills and everywhere” yes I’d tell It On The Mountain til someone cared!
