You are doing wonderfully. Listen each human has a cross we bare.
We all have mistakes, and ailments and struggles –
but I have found you cant climb out of pits without believing you DESERVE to be out of it.
And guilt tries to separate us from recognizing our own worth. But the truth is guilt is a liar! 🤥

guilt points👉directly at us
and makes us feel singled out so we I solate or we don’t talk about it. We feel ashamed. As if we are the only one who ever made mistakes! Guilt wants no one to be around to tell us how important we are.
So I’m saying The Devil is a liar! Guilt is a liar!! You are forgiven! Jesus died for our transgressions.
You are very important to this world and you are not alone there is a world of people who feel bad about past mistakes. They are not alone. I am among you all. This is a common human characteristic it’s our conscience. REMEMBER most peoples mistakes and problems are NOT publicly exposed. They don’t all live with a record.
Not everyone wears their business on their sleeves.
But I’m telling You releasing guilt and implementing real self-forgiveness will get you out of every pit your in.
