Besides ten hundred Billion Dollars, the best gift that someone can give me is respect.
Respect for me means that you are conscious of me as a human being and you treat me the way that you want to be treated. If you want me to take your feelings or needs into consideration then you should lead the way.
Respect means understand how hard I work and understand anything I am giving you, rightfully belongs to me because i earned it, so when I bless you with my earnings I sacrifice, to give to you; be it time, effort, money or wisdom. I don’t expect to have my ass kissed but I do expect to be appreciated.
